Gabrielle Union: “I Will Not Be The Happy Negro.”

#GabrielleUnion is continuing to speak out out publicly after her controversial firing from #AmericasGotTalent, imploring others to take a stand against misogyny and racism.

"It's terrifying. There's a solid chance you'll lose your job. I speak from experience,” Gabby mentioned.

Although she never called out #NBC or 'AGT' her fans and the panel for the “Power of Inclusivity and the Women Leading the Charge” knew exactly what she was referencing.

According to previous reports, Gabrielle believes she was axed because she complained to NBC and 'AGT' producers about racially insensitive situations on set including producers giving her excessive notes about her hair, wardrobe and physical appearance.
